Don’T Even Shop…This Place is It!

Going "above and beyond" should be the norm for the "best of the best". Tom Ricci, and his entire staff meet this goal each and every time I have had our cars in his shop. This past week was the latest work, and once again, incredible. Vilma, Mike, and the Hertz rep too were all service oriented people who understood the meaning of "pleasing the customer".
I run a hospitality company in Greater Boston, and at our hotels we strive to create that "perfect guest experience" each and every time. Tom Ricci and his staff of professionals nail it each time. Impressive.
