2007 Honda Accord (Apr 2013) – 2Nd Experience W/ B&P Center, Easy Decision to Come Back!
Well, after being rear-ended on RT495 I needed B&P Center's help once again. This time I didn't need to search for a repair shop, I knew just what to do. Again, Paul M. went over the car with me and heard my concerns and promised that the car would look great. I can be picky about my vehicles and the insurance company wants you to use aftermarket replacement parts to keep costs down - I understand. When I picked up the car I wasn't thrilled with the quality of the aftermarket bumper they were forced to use and I let Paul know. No problem, he worked with the insurance company and they authorized a factory part this time. When I came back for the car I was very pleased. This proves to me they stand behind their work and will do what it takes to make happy customers - thanks again!
