2004 Toyota Tundra (May 2013) – 3Rd Experience W/ B&P Center, Peace of Mind!

Hi there, me again. Well, when you have kids that drive you must be prepared for these sort of things. With all the business I've been giving B&P Center lately, I expect to be invited to the Christmas Party this year! Seriously though, I value the peace of mind that comes with knowing what to do when a problem arises, and when it comes to having my vehicles repaired after an accident I'll just keeping coming back here. This time a lot of repairs were needed and they needed the truck about 1-1/2 wks. Paul & Tom did an excellent job keeping me informed every few days regarding the progress of the truck and dealt with the insurance company to authorize additional repairs when hidden damage was discovered. I can't say enough about the quality of the work they do and the professionalism they demonstrate. Keep up the great work and I'll keep coming back! See you at Christmas :)
