I LOVE this company! Everyone has been so professional and friendly. The office staff were very responsive and on point. Evan, the service technician, was so professional and educated us on what to expect with our treatment and what to expect in the future. I can DEFINITELY tell the difference between this family-owned business and some of the larger conglomerate companies out there. The service was personalized and comprehensive - and I don't feel like I've been "checked off" someone's list. The values and attention to detail I feel have faded in the past few years are alive and well with Big D. It's so nice to know companies like this still exist!

Pleased with the professional service. The technician that did my service, Ashton Kelly, was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I wish they made appointments by calling and scheduling one that was convenient for me instead of just randomly assigning a day and then it's up to me to call in and reschedule, but that seems to be how all of the pest control services operate now. Overall, very pleased with the service so far and I've used several different pest control services in the past.
