I love BPM! I lived in one of their properties for a year and a half and ended up moving in with a bf. It didn't work out, so I spent a year looking at their website waiting for an opening and luckily got in one of their properties again! They have always communicated well and maintenance requests were fulfilled promptly. Personally, I like that you have to view a property in person in order to be considered. It certainly helps the locals find a spot.
Have rented from BPM for the past 5ish years at two different rentals, an apartment and a duplex. I never have issues getting through to office staff regarding normal concerns or maintenance issues and things are cared for in a timely manner. I also like the convenience of putting a maintence request in through the app. Very professional and easy to work with staff. They were very understanding about paying rent late a couple times during covid which my family really appreciated. Everything has been pretty straight forward and pleasant.
