Friends of ours referred us to Thom to help with our house purchase in Bend in August 2022. He was fantastic throughout the process. We purchases our house almost entirely remotely and he really did help us feel comfortable doing it (we did one quick trip to look at the house). We listened to his advice throughout the process and we are pretty happy so far. He knows Bend and the pros and cons of buying in different places. If you are looking for someone who will tell you the truth (even if it might not be what you want to hear) and has your interests in mind, Thom is a great person to work with. He has a great network to send you to and everyone we worked with in the process was helpful and patient.
