my review is a bit late but this branch is amazing! my primary bank had to freeze my accounts due to fraudulent charges the day before i was due to fly out on my trip. they had no solutions for me. I came to this branch and Karla, AL, and Tracey were so helpful! they saved my day because they were able to get me set up with a debit card the same day as well as went above and beyond to help me set up my online profile as well as get connected to my other account so I can zelle myself money. I cannot express my gratitude to this bank for having the necessary resources to help instead of simply telling me there was no solutions. This branch is always good to me when I come in. everyone is on it and I'm very grateful for the assistance I got.
