“That Was Easy!”
Wish I had a Staples Easy button to push after the service I received today! Backed my car into a fire hydrant by mistake and it pulled the front bumper partially off. Several plastic pieces were also hanging down. I was wondering just how costly my mistake was going to be when I called them dropped it off this morning.
David took my information, explained the process and helped me to feel quite comfortable as he shared the respect he had for the team since coming on board as a newer employee. Walked home (love that I

Received a phone call from David less
Than 2 hours later telling me what Eugene did and the low price he charged me to pop things back into place.
My dog and I walked back over. All three gentlemen were kind to my dog and Eugene explained what he did....paid my bill and David was gracious with us as we departed. Earned my trust and I’ll return when necessary.
