I had a wonderful experience with Shelby and Logan, an extremely professional company. I just moved into my home and was sneezing a fair amount. The previous owners had a pet, and this vent duct cleaning was overdue. Shelby took my details by phone, scheduled the appointment, briefed me on what I could expect, and sent a text to notify me when Logan was on his way. Logan arrived on time and was highly insightful; he talked me through the following steps and started executing. He went above and beyond! There was trash in my crawl space (he saw this when he lifted one of the vents; see photo) and immediately went into the crawl space to a very hard-to-reach spot, collected the trash, and threw it away. The vents are extremely clean, and I am breathing easier. As others have expressed, I could not rate this any more highly and have already recommended them to friends!
