Excellent service! I highly recommend their work! First I work with very high sensitive documents/forms and they were able to access my dead computer and withdraw that information for a fraction of the price I am sure that a big retail would charge. I brought in my Alienware laptop and Brian did quality work! He swapped the battery and replaced the USB port, which was very well needed. Very affordable as well and staff were generous enough to NOT charge for the battery since the USB port was being installed. Brian also guaranteed the repair warranty for the laptop, replacing the USB entirely during my return visit, after he initially re-soldered the (loose) original USB port, and let me know if the problem was persisting that it was covered. Really appreciate bringing my laptop to full working order again! Thanks!
