I am an owner and board member in our Condo Association. We switched to Aperion Management Group at the end of 2020. The inevitable questions and problems encountered during the transition were addressed promptly by the Aperion team. Financials and operations reports are timely and accurate. Aperion conducts the board meetings efficiently and has significantly reduced our board workload. The grounds and property appearance have improved greatly under Aperion maintenance. Aperion responds to owner questions and concerns promptly and firmly. We are very happy with our decision to use Aperion as our Association manager.
