I have gone to this store for almost 10 yrs. Dr. Nancy Van is so awesome! I was so disappointed when I had gone in for my routine eye exam and found out she had relocated. My appointment wasn't so good I didn't think I would go back again. But I went back for assistance in measurements for ordering glasses. I wish I had the girls name that greeted me at the front door that was so friendly. Then the assistant manager Candice took over and took exceptionable care in attending to taking care of my situation. She went up and beyond the call of her duty to do such an outstanding service for me and I so appreciated her service and her exceptional customer service friendliness care that she gave me and I thank you so much Candice. Because it's that girl who greeted me at the door and pulled my chart and because of you Candace I feel better about coming back again. Thank you

My recent visit to the Aurora location was excellent. Robin initially assisted me for an eyeglass adjustment. Her attention to detail determined that my eyeglasses needed additional repair. I was very impressed as I recently purchased the glasses from a different location. Robin detected that the glasses did not set properly and needed to be reframed. I was very grateful to Robin for her kindness and for treating me as a priority. While waiting Candace also assisted me with various questions I had. She was very thorough and educated me on services and different options. Lastly, I also received great assistance by Heather. She was very professional and ensured that my optical needs were met and verified my purchase order. The overall service at the Aurora America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses was exceptional. I also like the stock of glasses and accessories available at this location. The other associates at this location were also polite and helpful. Thank you for the great service!
