Michael at American Rooter saved me thousands of dollars today. He was courteous, prompt, engaged and knowledgeable. A different plumber quoted me thousands to install a new sump pump. Michael diagnosed a different issue and told me if I do end up needing a pump it would be 60% less than the original plumber’s estimate. I could not be happier that I called him and will definitely contact him first for my plumbing needs in the future!
American Rooter is excellent in every way. Michael returned my call immediately and got right to my property and fixed the problem and did a great job. They are so easy to work with, they did a great job at a reasonable price. They stand behind their work and they do it right the first time. I will never use the other more well known guys every again, American Rooter is in every way far better, a small, local, and more personal company, they truly care about doing the best for their clients.
