12/17/19 - Justin from Alpha came by this morning to do an interior and exterior foundation inspection of my house. He promptly came at 9 am with his 6 foot level. I shared with him some concerns with some drywall cracks around my house. He did his thorough inspection (20-25 minutes) and shared with me the results. Luckily, Justin said there are only minor concerns (watering, better landscape drainage) that can be easily taken care of by me and fiancé to prevent the concerns becoming major. Thanks for coming by Alpha Foundation! I was happy with how the free inspection went. Definitely recommended!!!

Alpha did foundation repairs and drainage mitigation for us a year ago. They did the job as quoted and on time. Several months go by and I notice a sprinkler line was damaged and dumping water into the sump pump reservoir. I incorrectly assumed it was alphas fault. I called them they came out and suggested it was a burst line from the February freeze. I suggested it was their fault. They fixed the line and they were right. It was a burst line. They did not charge me for the repairs and were very cordial about my misplaced blame. Stand up guys. Would recommend.
