First i want to thank you and the entire staff at Al Brodeur for making the repair of my car such an easy, stress free experience. from the initial visit, to the dropping my car off and giving me a ride home, to the timely fixing of the damage, to bringing the car to my house when the car was finished..... it was a wonderful experience for me. you took care of everything - the insurance issues, the repairs....everything. you even washed and cleaned the car inside and out when returning it! an accident is a traumatic experience in and of itself, but you made the process simple. you have the highest marks in my book and i would highly recommend your services to anyone seeking to repair their car. and.....my little volvo which resembled a golf ball after the accident, looks absolutely beautiful. i hardly recognized it. thanks so much for your outstanding service.
