I Was a Little Disappointed

I have had excellent service in the past, but this time I was a little disappointed. I had minor touch ups on 2 scratches. The estimate was $305, but the final bill was $40 higher. I was never informed until I showed up to pick up my car. Also, one side has a hairline scratch in the repaired area, which I was told cannot be removed without painting it. I was never informed of this ahead of time either.
