Everyone Was Extremely Friendly and Nice

Everyone was extremely friendly and nice, and they did a great job fixing our car. It looks good as new! The only negative was that we were told at the initial appraisal that if we dropped our car off on Monday it would be ready by Friday. We dropped our car off on Monday, and received a call on Thursday telling us the car would not be ready until the following Tuesday. This was due to the damage being more extensive than expected once the door was removed. That's certainly understandable, but this was not determined before Thursday when we dropped the car off on Monday? In the end, we were very happy with the work, just disappointed that we were not notified more promptly that the work was going to take longer.
