Awesome Service, Easy Drop off and Rental, Beautiful Car on Return

I was hit from behind at a stop light during a snow storm. The appraiser wasn't sure how much damage was done and estimated originally just a dent repair and paint. The team throroughly reviewed the car and beneath the bumper and ended up with a full replacement. I did nothing but the original apprisal and appointment. Al Brodeur's made it sooooo easy: Arranged for my rental car, had me picked up, called me when it was going to be a few extra days, arranged the car and payments with the insurance company, I only had to leave the rental there on return, and to top it off, my car was DETAILED!!! Amazing. It was beautiful. So easy, so convenient, and an exceptional job on top of it.
