The six year old Honda Civic that has been driven by teenage boys for the past three plus years got rear-ended. The accidents I've been involved with recently have been total losses, so I hadn't been to an auto body shop in over 25 years. Initially, I didn't know where I should go. That visit 25 years ago, however, was to Al Brodeur's, and my recollection was that they did a good job.
Imagine what a typical high school/college kids' car would look like, and you can understand where my expectation level was set. Well, Al Brodeur's blew those expectations away! Though they didn't have much to start with, when I got the car back, it looked like it did did when we first bought it over three years ago.
I would not hesitate to recommend Al Brodeur's to anyone in need of visiting a body shop. Everything and everyone involved with the experience left me completely satisfied.
