All Around Great Experience

This was my first time using Al Brodeur's Auto Body for service and also my first time having to work through an insurance claim repair. Al's made the whole process very easy, stress free, and the car looks perfect. Dealings with everyone in the office were very pleasant. The whole process was explained in clear terms. I was impressed that Al's took care of any dealings with the insurance company and also with the rental car company. Al's was the only point of contact that I needed to get the repair done. I was able to pick up and drop off the rental car at Al's office, which was very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the finished job and the exterior of the car looked perfect, and better yet, they cleaned the inside of the car free of charge. I would definitely use Al's again and would recommend to anyone looking for stress free, pleasant, high quality service.
