If You are moving to the basin area, there is only one clear choice if You want to be treated like family. Its Colleen Welsch. I expect that there are a lot of people like me who don't want to be treated like cattle or feel like a mark to be hustled. Lets face it, some realtors are in it for the money only. Those are the ones we all want to avoid. If You choose Colleen, You will 1000% be treated like her family. In fact, you will surely meet her wonderful family as they are also part of what I've come to refer to as our very own dream team. Not only did they find us 4 properties perfect for our needs, but made it warm, fun and not like talking to realtors at all. And beyond that, she and her team are VERY sharp and don't drop the ball in our experience. If You want reliability, professionalism, and quick concise results, choose Colleen to represent you in the basin. Absolutely no one has paid or offered me anything or bribed me to write this.
