I was in need of having my upholstery cleaned and was referred to Abbey Carpet Care. My experience with them was exceptional from the beginning! My hot water heater had to be replaced the same day as my appointment, and rather than rescheduling, they made sure their truck had enough water to complete the job and sent a backup truck, just in case (thanks Jim). Professional, friendly and great service! Each person takes pride in what they do and it shows. My furniture looks amazing and smells fresh!
