Great experience. I’m pretty sure I called on a Friday night and they actually answered, they scheduled the repair as soon as the part came in, and did the repair quickly and for the quoted amount (which was reasonable). Nice guys and they followed Covid precautions. Oh and the repair was on a Samsung fridge which is very hard to find anyone to work on!
