Early Saturday morning my air conditioner quit blowing out cold air and the fan quit spinning. I looked on Google for a close AC repair shop with good to great reviews and I found A/C Works. Those reviews on google were accurate. I called about 10:50 am and requested for a Technician to come out. The customer service agent told me, "I can have a Technician out later this afternoon and the technician will call before he heads out to your location." I received a call from Jason stating he was my tech enroute and would be at my house in about 10 minutes to see what going on with my unit. He called at 2:25 p.m. and he was at my house by 2:30 p.m. I was very happy. Jason greeted the family, asked a few questions about the unit, conducted a diagnostic, told me what exactly was wrong and what I needed to replace. He noticed my house was fairly new and knew that the part of the unit that needed to be replace had a 5 year warranty and also noticed I was a Army Veteran. Jason is an honest worker very knowledgeable with excellent customer service. This world need more guys like Jason. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who need an honest A/C repair company.
