When I transitioned my law firm to a new commercial space I knew high quality and presentable furniture were critical to my business' success. I engaged several designers and furniture brokers in hopes of finding an experienced professional to guide us through the overwhelming process. My first engagements with other furniture brokers left me feeling that my small business needs were relatively unimportant compared to corporate projects they were more focused on. I worried that we may not find a professional who cared about our project as much as we did. I also worried that lower quality items were being proposed and unnecessary costs would be incurred. However, when my wife and I first met Christine with 9to5, we both left feeling that our project was important and that we had found an experienced professional to guide us to through the process. Christine is remarkably kind and professional. She consumed all of the information we could offer, obtained measurements and asked questions I hadn't realized were critical to the project's success. Her bid proposals were clear. She offered furniture options to fit the budget we had communicated, while still providing premium options to choose from. This allowed me to decide where I wanted to allocate resources to make my dream space a reality. Christine managed the ordering, delivery and installation processes so I didn't have to follow up. Ultimately the space was completed on schedule. Several clients have complimented the furniture and space, which makes me very thankful. Christine and 9to5 are the best!
