It’s Christmas Day, the power goes out and it’s not until the following day when we’re about to leave the home for a few weeks when we notice our Sub-Zero fridge has stopped running likely due to a power surge. This was not good as we had paying guests arriving the following day. We contacted many vendors Sunday morning (the day after Christmas). Not only did they promptly return our call, Ryan personally came out and diagnosed the fridge within 2 hours. His diagnosis was spot on, parts arrived quickly and he was back within the week to fix for a reasonable price. 6 Months later the fridge hasn’t skipped a beat. 10X will definitely be our go to for future repair needs.
